Meet the Performance Consulting Team

  Bob Schwieterman

  Bob currently serves as the Vice President & General Manager of the
  Performance Consulting Division for TRACOM Group.  He resides in
  Castle Rock, Colorado, USA.

  The Performance Consulting Division is focused on three areas –
  assessing and developing leadership talent and leadership teams,
  managing performance of staff, and diagnosing and improving employee
engagement.  While leading this function, Bob has successfully managed projects for a diverse group of clients including Baxter BioScience, Bombardier Transportation, PHH Arval, NewPage Corporation, and Molson Coors.  Prior to joining TRACOM, Bob spent 19 years with LexisNexis Group, serving in a variety of progressively responsible positions.  Most recently, he directed organizational effectiveness consulting and skill development for leaders, teams and employees in LexisNexis' North American operations.

Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio, and a Masters degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio.  Bob has also earned a Certificate in Organization Development from National Training Laboratories.

  N Jose Acevedo

  Jose currently serves as a Senior Consultant in the Performance
  Consulting Division for TRACOM Group.  He resides in Nyack, New York
  USA.

  Jose is an expert in facilitating the development of leadership skills and the
  creation of high-performing organizations.  Over the last 20 years, he has
  led group workshops, consulting engagements and one-on-one coaching sessions in both English and Spanish for managers of Fortune 100 companies around the world.  He has worked with a broad range of companies to help create effective, innovative learning teams in pursuit of specific business results.  Over the last year, Jose has been the lead consultant in an organizational development project with the world’s largest sports architectural firm.  His assistance increased the overall effectiveness of the leadership team, while developing a work environment that resulted in greater productivity and the retention of the firm’s most talented people.  He led the UNISYS Executive Development Action Forum at Wharton, as well as designed and taught special programs on team learning skills and communicating for action and cultural change for companies in the United States, Mexico and throughout Latin America.

Jose began his career as an attorney for a large union in New York City.  He also spent two years on the staff of Landmark Education—a training group specializing in personal effectiveness.  Jose received his BA from The City College of New York and his JD from New York University.  He speaks fluently in English and Spanish. 

  Tom Heuer

  Tom currently serves as a Senior Consultant in the Performance
  Consulting Division for TRACOM Group.  He resides in West Chester, Ohio
  USA.

  Tom’s practice focuses on leadership and strategic planning consultation,
  executive coaching, senior team development and facilitation of leadership
  programs.  His passion is to work closely with senior executives and their
teams so they can effectively grow their businesses.  Most recently, Tom was responsible for the development of future senior leaders of a Fortune 300 Company and for delivering the leadership pipeline to ensure bench strength for the future.  He has held the positions of Senior Vice President for Executive Development and Organizational Strategy at BANC ONE, Chief Operating Officer of Pinnacle Bancorp, and Senior Manager at Deloitte and Touche where he spearheaded the firm’s initial efforts in human capital planning and career development.  Tom assisted the Darden School at the University of Virginia in the development of Leading Strategic Change, a six-day program aimed at assisting senior managers in organizational strategy issues. 

Tom received his undergraduate degree from Capital University and his Master of Arts from Ohio University in the school of business and communications.  He is certified in BENCHMARKS through the Center for Creative Leadership and in Strategic Planning from Ohio University.

  Karl Krumm PhD

  Karl currently serves as a Senior Consultant in the Performance
  Consulting Division for TRACOM Group.  He resides in Austin, Texas USA.

  Over the past 20 years, Karl has been intimately involved in organizational
  improvement, working in a broad range of industries including high-tech,
  finance, health care, professional services, and utilities.  He has designed
  and delivered high-quality programs from leadership initiatives to Six Sigma projects.  Karl is a contributing author to Earl Maxwell’s book, Service, Sanity and Prosperity, and serves as an instructor at the EMBA Program, University of Colorado in Denver, Colorado.  Karl is a member of the American Psychological Association, the Capital Area Psychological Association, and is a Licensed Psychologist in the State of Texas.

Karl received his PhD in Psychology from Louisiana State University.  He served three years of active duty with the United States Air Force as a psychologist in the areas of stress management and performance enhancement.  After leaving the service, he set up a highly successful professional service firm of Clinical and Consulting Psychology. 

  Annette Lingerfelt

  Annette Lingerfelt serves as Projects Director in the Performance
  Consulting Division for TRACOM Group. She resides in Denver, Colorado
  USA.

  Prior to joining TRACOM in 2004, Annette served as a project manager
  for Stratton Consulting Group and ARC International Ltd.  She has led
  consulting and training project teams for over 14 years in the areas of employee engagement, leadership development, cultural integration, high-performance team training, and performance measurement. Annette has also managed multi-lingual product development initiatives, large-scale coaching rollouts and global employee opinion surveys in a variety of industries.  Annette graduated from King’s College in Charlotte, North Carolina.

 
  Cliff Mattson

  Cliff currently serves as a Senior Consultant in the Performance Consulting
  Division for TRACOM Group.  He resides in Greensboro, North Carolina
  USA. 

   A successful facilitator, trainer, and coach, Cliff has 26-plus years of
  consulting, training, management and leadership experience in the areas
  of personal and professional development. Cliff has been recognized for
his accomplishments in the areas of corporate change, values alignment, team building, management development, personal effectiveness, and executive coaching.

In addition to his continued successes within corporations, Cliff has also functioned as a leader among his professional colleagues as vice president of service delivery for a leading training and consulting firm.  There, he was responsible for managing a cadre of professional consultants and trainers, developing their skills and competencies while overseeing the quality and consistency of the consulting and training practice.  Cliff earned his degree in Education from the University of Massachusetts. 

  Casey Mulqueen PhD

  Dr. Casey Mulqueen serves as the Director of Research for TRACOM
  Group.  He resides in Englewood, Colorado USA.
 
  Casey is responsible for the development and validation of individual and
  organizational assessments, including TRACOM’s world-renowned Social
  Style Model™ instruments. Casey has experience developing a wide
  variety of assessments such as 360-degree feedback programs, performance appraisal systems, employee opinion surveys, training needs analyses and program evaluations. His expertise in cross-cultural assessment and norming has helped ensure that global surveys are valid and reliable in different areas of the world. Casey has also been involved in the development of global knowledge management systems, helping companies to maximize their intellectual capitol. His consulting work has covered organizations in many industries, including major airlines, professional licensing boards, and federal and state government agencies. Casey holds a PhD in industrial/organizational psychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology.

  Eric Poll

  Eric currently serves as a Senior Consultant in the Performance Consulting
  Division for TRACOM Group.  He resides in St. Gallon, Switzerland.

  Eric has 20 years of experience in Human Resources Management.  For
  the majority of that time frame, Eric has had transnational responsibilities
  in global companies. Having been a member of corporate management
  himself, Eric is familiar with senior leadership issues and has been working intensively with business executives of different functions around the world. 

Eric has studied social sciences and has worked for ten years in the psychotherapeutic community and another ten years in social security services.  In private industry, Eric has worked for Dow Chemical as an Area Personnel Supervisor, Manager Training & Development in the Netherlands and on various international assignments.  He has also held interim leadership assignments in IT, Strategic Marketing, and with a technology company in the USA.  Most recently, Eric served as the Vice President of Human Resources for Leica Geosystems AG in Heerbrugg/Switzerland.  Eric is a recognized expert in international and modern Human Resources Management in mid-sized international companies. He speaks fluently in English, German and Dutch. 

 
  Graham Price

  Graham currently serves as a Senior Consultant in the
  Performance Consulting Division for TRACOM Group.  He resides in
  Surrey, England.

  In 1996 after a career in Management and Sales, Graham, a former
  electronic engineer in the Royal Navy, moved into Human Resources,
  working for companies in the United Kingdom, such as Yellow Pages, Video Arts and Reed Elsevier, in various senior project roles. Graham gained experience in many strategic areas of Human Resources that included Leadership Development, Recruitment, Employee Retention and Organisational Change. Graham’s specialist area is working with European based companies to get the very best out of their existing staff and improving overall employee engagement.  

Graham is a Licentiate member of the CIPD after studying for his Post Graduate Diploma in HRD/Learning and Development in the late 90's. He is also qualified to use a wide range of psychometric and profiling tools.

  Gaynelle Winograd PhD

  Gaynelle currently serves as a Senior Consultant in the Performance
  Consulting Division for TRACOM Group.  She resides in Colorado Springs,
  Colorado USA.
 
  Gaynelle has over 20 years' experience spanning leadership coaching,
  team building and facilitation, large group strategic planning, organizational culture alignment, and team-based design and implementation. In the area of leadership coaching and development, she is a Master Trainer and has certified other professionals to deliver training programs and interventions using online 360 feedback tools measuring interpersonal skills and team effectiveness. Since 1997, she has certified over 200 team coaches for a major global corporation.

Gaynelle earned her BS and MA at Northwestern University and her PhD at the University of Colorado  at Boulder. She has also served as professor of organizational communication at Penn State University and as adjunct faculty for the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. Recently, she completed four years of advanced study in leadership coaching, group facilitation, and process consultation at the Gestalt Institute in Cleveland Ohio.
