Team Development Courses

Targeted. Flexible. Effective. TRACOM’s Orchestrating Team Performance (OTP) program will develop Team Leaders or Intact Teams across the elements proven to build high-performance teams.

One-day introductory course:

• OTP-Fundamentals - Both groups would begin by exploring the basic concepts of team development, critical elements of high performance and common issues that teams face. During this course teams complete the diagnostic Team Summary Report™, which guides the development process. 

Hungry for more? Focus on the problem areas using one of the following:

• OTP - Intact Teams: Following Fundamentals, teams choose from up to nine action-planning modules, guided by the team evaluation. This targeted approach allows for maximum flexibility and effectiveness.
• OTP - Team Leaders: In this three- or four-day program, groups of team leaders learn to develop the three main elements of high-performance teams (leadership, relationships, and methods) and to guide their teams through the three phases of development. 

Our courses are available in multiple languages and we can provide trainers or train your internal staff to deliver TRACOM programs.
